Om India manufactures in 1/8” I.D. For the production of the highest quality hydraulic hose assemblies ordered in specialty volumes, company uses fin power crimping presses (MB 20).

However, the specifications of Finpower are: it has a master die length of 126 mm and tool re-enforcement for ultra heavy fittings and delivering capacity of 2800 tons crimp force with the crimp speed of 4 seconds. SAE R13, SAE R15.

Systems are interfaced with PC, allocating programmable length batch and speed. These products run of non-wire hydraulic hose assemblies, up to 2” O.D. Our assemble fabric Teflon and wire-reinforced hydraulic hose meeting up to 1.5” and 2” wire.
